Vivian Miller
vivianm@stjoebay.com Vivian joined Pristine Properties, LLC in August 2005 after a seven year career working in vacation rentals. She began working as a reservation specialist in 1998 for a real estate company on Mexico Beach. After working two years in reservations Vivian became the operations manager. As the operation manager she worked closely with vacation rental homeowners for Mexico Beach, Beacon Hill and St. Joe Beach. Vivians next challenge was becoming the rental audit and procedures manager. This position gave Vivian the opportunity to help establish the central reservation department for over 300 vacation rental homes. Vivian also served on the board of directors for the Community Development Council in Mexico Beach. After graduating from high school Vivian earned her associate degree from Gulf Coast Community College. She worked for a large bank in Panama City for four years. Vivian grew up in Port St. Joe and is now living in Mexico Beach. She has been through changes on Cape San Blas, Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach and sees the potential for each area.
